VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - 2009!!!

Our annual Vacation Bible School this year will be held Sunday, July 19th through Wednesday, July 22nd from 7-9PM each night. Parents, your child will not want to miss out on this awesome event! All children in grades kindergarten through 5th grade are welcome to participate. Also, all are welcome on the last night (Wednesday) for our community "Meet and Greet". WHY CROSSROADS?

Life is sacred journey. It is filled with thrills and spills; with the mundane and the extraordinary! Intersections are common features on any journey. They present us with a choice, a chance to make a change in our direction. That change can, in turn, influence our choice of travel companions, effect how much we enjoy ourselves as we travel, and even alter our final destination.

Who is Crossroads Community Church? We are a group of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, who have this in common: we realize everyone is on a spiritual journey and we have found Jesus Christ to be worth following. Jesus is God who took on a body just like ours, lived among people just like us, and then died on the cross. When He died, He made the payment for our sins. With that work done, He rose from the dead, and now offers eternal life to anyone  who will place their faith in Him as their savior. Some of us at Crossroads trusted Christ as our savior many years ago, others have only been following Him for a number of weeks, and some are still investigating Jesus and considering His claims.

Together we try to live our lives in an authentic Christian community. We encourage and serve one another. We reach out to our community, seeking to help those whose journey has become very rough. We believe the Bible is God's truthful message to us, so we study it together to gain insight into how our journey can be more in keeping with what God originally intended for us. Because we believe that no one should travel this journey alone, we have affiliated ourselves with the Brethren In Christ (B.I.C.). We are mutually accountable to each other, and we support one another in our effort to introduce others to Jesus Christ.

If you are looking for direction, we have some good news for you; we think we have found it! If you are tired of feeling alone, or find yourself in need of help, you will be encouraged to learn that at Crossroads we try to care for each other like family should. If you would like to learn more about God and His word, join us!
