About Our Ministries
There are many different ways to serve others around Crossroads.
- Do you already have skills or experience in a particular area? That might be a good place to start!
- Do you have a burden to help people in a specific way? Tell us about it!
- Do you want to learn more about what Spiritual Gifts you may have? We can help you with that!
Whatever your interest or experience level, we want to train & equip you to make an “redemptive impact” in the lives of others. For more information about any of our ministries, please contact us.
L.I.F.E Groups at Crossroads
Why do life alone? L.I.F.E. groups are made up of people just like you...who are interested in following Jesus as they walk this spiritual journey.
L.I.F.E. groups are small groups of believers that meet throughout the week. Some are young, and others are not. Some are married and others are not. Some have children and others do not. What they ALL have in common is the desire to walk with Jesus and the inability to do that well alone.
NextGen Ministry (Youth & Children)
Children and Youth are an essential part of life at Crossroads! We have lots more details on our NextGen Ministry Page.
Men of Crossroads
As men of Crossroads, we seek to help one another man up and become courageous men of God who will positively impact our world.

Ladies Fellowship seeks to help every woman at Crossroads connect with each other through meaningful relationships and to encourage one another to grow in our faith as we follow Jesus Christ.
Each of us was new to Crossroads once, so we nurture a warm, welcoming culture at our activities and events, making sure that every time a woman attends, she feels like she is among friends. Ladies Fellowship includes THRIVE classes, dinners, Bible studies, and service projects.
Ministries to our children and their families are covered on the NextGen ministries page
S.A.L.T. (Sound And Light Team) are those who serve others by making sure our worship services are powerful, engaging experiences. They do this by running the sound and lights, lyrics slides, and recording audio and video. If you have experience or an interest in this kind of ministry, contact our worship leader; Ben Osborn, check the connect card at your next visit, or contact us.
A beautiful campus like ours needs constant care and improvement. Opportunities range from cleaning or prepping before any of our services, to making repairs or improvements, to the care of our lawns and parking areas. Just speak with any greeter, usher or one of the pastors to learn more.
The Fellowship team creates environments and events where people of Crossroads can gather and connect with one another, building meaningful relationships that encourage mutual love and service, and to have fun! Church picnics, pot-luck dinners, pancake breakfasts and similar events are just some of what we do!
The Hospitality team seeks the same goals by providing coffee and snacks every Sunday morning at worship services.
If you enjoy balancing your checkbook or you're proficient with Microsoft Office, you may enjoy serving on the Administrative Support Team! We provide administrative support to the church: producing the bulletin, creating announcement slides, providing financial skills, performing database entry, etc. Many of these activities can be done at home according to your own schedule.
Love In Action
The purpose of Love In Action is showing God’s love through assistance to those in acute need. We provide help to those in need through several ministries;
- Faithful Funds - help with unexpected financial needs
- Mercy Meals - for new mothers, the sick or home bound
- Helping Hands - urgent, safety-related repairs
- Willing Wheels - for those who may need a transportation to important appointments.
Power of Prayer
We maintain an email-based prayer chain and the prayer requests that appear in the Sunday bulletin. Our prayer team includes a team of men, women and teens who understand the importance of prayer. Please let us know if you are interested in participating.
The Worship Team helps create environments where God’s people are guided into a deeper experience of worship; passionate and authentic, every time we gather together.
Serving on the Worship team is a position requiring spiritual growth and a life style that does not discredit the teachings of Jesus. All levels of ability and types of instruments played or vocal styles are welcome to audition after one of our weekly practices or the Sunday service.
The welcome team is the first line of contact for anyone visiting Crossroads. Each person who walks through our doors is a special gift, especially first-time guests. Hosts/Hostess’s, Greeters, Ushers, and Follow-up personnel are just some of the opportunities on this team. If you are genuinely glad to greet people, then you are perfect for this team!
